Support page for Mochi Skipper on iOS
Mochi Skipper is a one-handed jumping game for iPhone. Aim, hold to charge, release to leap across floating islands, collect power-ups, unlock companions and challenge daily routes.
The game is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. A successful eligible purchase may unlock VIP/ad-free benefits according to the offer shown in the app.
If an eligible non-consumable entitlement such as VIP needs to be restored, use the Restore Purchases option provided in the app where available. Consumable coin amounts are not re-granted by a restore operation.
Core gameplay can be played offline. Internet access is required for purchases, purchase verification/restore functions when applicable, consent messages, and advertisements.
Progress, coin balances, settings and unlocked companions are primarily stored on the device. There is currently no game-account cloud sync or online leaderboard.
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, Mochi Skipper app version, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots are helpful when relevant. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive information.
